Karachi University starts AI smart classes

Information Technology Department of Karachi University in collaboration with the Iceburg Foundation on Tuesday started smart classes of Artificial Intelligence, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Director Dr Hoorul Ain said that the classes were prepared for Artificial Intelligence in two months in with an amount of Rs12 million.

Chairman UBIT Sadiq Ali Khan said that during current year only fifty seats will be available for four years BS degree programme while they already received 600 applications for admission.

He said that entry test of four years AI degree programme will be held on December 29, 2024. He said that lecture sharing facility is also available in smart classes.

The smart classes were equipped with PC, mobile phone and wireless while dongle connectivity is also available.
