The PML-N, with 108 MNAs, has become the largest party in the National Assembly (NA) as per the updated list of parties’ positions in the lower House issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The party has got four reserved seats for minorities and 20 for women.
The strength of PPP in the NA, after getting two reserved seats for minorities and 12 for women, has reached 68.
The MQM-P’s tally, after the addition of five reserved seats, now stands at 22.
The JUI-F, after getting two reserved seats for women, now has eight MNAs in the House.
On the other hand, so far 81 independents have joined the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
