Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed has urged the media to look beyond her party and address the numerous issues facing the country, including electricity and water bills.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, she talked to the media after appearing before Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka at the District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad in connection with an FIA appeal against her discharge from a case on Tuesday.
When asked by a journalist if she had personal differences with Maryam Nawaz, Sanam Javed replied, "Because I praise her a lot."
In response to a query about the podcast about Maryam Nawaz Sharif, which created problems for her, Sanam Javed clarified that she was not involved in it.
Earlier today, Sanam Javed appeared before Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka's court.
During the hearing, Sanam Javed thanked the judge, saying, "You did a favour in the Iddat case related to PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi."
Judge Afzal Majoka responded, "I did justice, not a favour." He added, "Lawyers presented their arguments, and I made a decision according to the law."
The court sought replies from the parties in the case. Sanam Javed marked her attendance and left the court.
