Gen Bajwa says no one can become a leader without admitting mistakes

Chief Of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday said no one can become a leader without admitting his mistakes.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa attended the dinner in honor of the national cricketers on behalf of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Rameez Raja.
President Arif Alvi and British High Commissioner Christian Turner also participated in the dinner.
The PCB Chairman welcomed the Army Chief when he reached to attend the dinner. The Army Chief met the national cricketers and appreciated their performance in the world cup tournament.
General Qamar Javed Bajwa also spoke to Pakistani Captain Babar Azam and injured player Shaheen Afridi and inquired about his health.
COAS Gen Bajwa while speaking to players said fighting is a job of leadership and a win or a loss is a part of it but nobody can become a leader without admitting a mistake.
He termed Shadab Khan the best cricketer in the Twenty20 cricket format and said if Shaheen Afridi had not been injured, the result of the final would have been different.
Army Chief Gen Bajwa said as compared to India who lost the World Cup by 10 wickets, the Pakistani team lost in the final match by a close margin. The army chief said that the Pakistani team has now stood up again.
