Mother of a child allegedly was murdered by in-laws in the Umar Chak area of Kharian, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunady.
According to police, the woman's parents were informed that their daughter had died.
When the family members arrived, there were clear marks of a noose on the deceased woman's neck, police said.
Police reached the spot as soon as they received the information, and the body was shifted to the hospital for a postmortem.
The brother of the deceased Bushra alleged that she was killed by Inzimam-ul-Haq, Sohail Anjum, son of Khadim, and Younus, son of Sharif.
Police registered a case on the report of the deceased's cousin and took the three accused into custody.
