Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri in the weekly briefing said Kulbhushan Jadhav case is in the court and Pakistan has complied with the International Court of Justice's (ICJ) decision regarding Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav and granted consular access twice, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.
Foreign Office Spokesperson said Pakistan has now offered third consular access to India to its spy Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said, “The spy has amnesty until the verdict comes on the review petition of Kulbhushan Jadhav.”
Foreign Office Spokesperson also said Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi are participating in the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly that is being held virtually. The session has started virtually from September 22 and it will conclude on September 29.

“Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the 75th session of UNGA virtually on September 25 (Friday) and in his address PM will share Pakistan’s perspective on various regional and international issues. He will once again raise the issue of Jammu and Kashmir dispute,” Foreign Office Spokesperson added.
The Spokesperson said Arab countries are also raising their voices for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Turkish President Erdogan has always raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, even in his address to the UN General Assembly.”
He said on the issue of Afghan peace process, the U.S. appreciated Pakistan's role. He clarified that Al-Qaeda does not exist in Pakistan and Indian media reports are merely baseless allegations against Pakistan.
FO spokesman said Pakistan's law enforcement agencies take full action against cybercrimes attacks.
