Fiza Ali, a Pakistani actress recently made an appearance on Nida Yasir’s morning show named "Good Morning Pakistan." She opened up about her life and the difficulties she had to face. When discussing the problems of building her first home, Fiza Ali said, "I bought my first apartment in Karachi. When I first started working, we lived in a leased home.”
She then gave the reasons and mentioned her mother’s illness, “Because I was finishing my studies and also had to pay for my mother's treatment, which, as we all know, is pretty expensive, it was difficult for me to save money.”
Further, Fizza Ali said what she used to do to save money, “However, I made an effort to conserve money because I frequently wore Lunda Bazaar's secondhand clothings and footwear.”
“I never used to go for hoteling or spend money on extra things. Even on shoot, I never ordered anything to eat. If the team members or the staff used to give something to eat, I would eat it otherwise I always had dinner at home. We bought an apartment for 18 lacs from my savings and my mother sold her gold jewelry”, she added.
Later they had to sell that apartment for the treatment of her mother, “After few months, my mother was in critical condition and we badly needed money at that time so we sold that apartment for my mother’s treatment for 40 lacs. It was our luck that the apartment we bought for 18 lac was sold out in 40 lacs.”
