A man died and another 32 were hospitalized after taking toxic food at a funeral in Sargodha, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.
The incident occurred in a village of the Punjab district. Rescuers rushed to the spot as the condition of the attendees deteriorated after taking the meal.
Women and children were among the victims.
It is stated that wheat bait might have been mixed in the flour.
