An Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore Monday sent PTI leader Yasir Geelani, who has been arrested in connection with the Jinnah House attack case, to jail for an identification parade, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Anti-Terrorism Court, presided over by Judge Irfan Haider, sent Geelani to jail on an 11-day judicial remand for an identification parade.

Police presented Geelani in court with his face covered, requesting the identification parade as part of the investigation. The accused is alleged to have been involved in the attack and encirclement of Jinnah House.

Geelani, represented by advocates Yusuf Wayne and Pervaiz Iqbal, was arrested from Shahdara during a PTI rally in Lahore. His lawyers claim he was arrested on political grounds and that no case had been previously filed against him, as per police statements to the High Court.
