CM promises justice to Multan shootout victims

Punjab Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi Tuesday said that the families of the youth killed in a police shootout in  Multan during Eid days will be provided with justice, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi visited the victims' families to express sympathy. 

The Chief Minister first reached the house of Usman in the Dogran area and then had a meeting with the bereaved family of Sami in the Rukan-e-Alam Colony.

He assured them of bringing to book the culprits." In this hour of grief, we are with the families of the victims. They suffered an irreparable loss," he added. 

He also announced providing compensation and jobs to the bereaved family members.

He set a deadline of 72 hours to arrest the policeman involved in killing the youths. 

Chief Minister Punjab Naqvi said that the government will provide security to the people at any cost. 

The family members of the victims expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for his assurance of justice.
