A businessman in Lahore has become the latest victim of a honey trap, allegedly masterminded by a noted lawyer, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to the FIR registered in Gulberg Police Station, the mastermind is Muhammad Javed Qasuri and two women are his accomplices.
Gulberg Police arrested Javed Qasuri while on his way home from the Lahore High Court and also arrested one of the two women involved.
Two women reportedly lured businessman Sohail Mahmood into a hotel in Gulberg and according to the FIR, Javed Qasuri filmed compromising videos of Sohail and took the victim’s car and wallet away.
The FIR stated the accused demanded Rs3 million for deleting the objectionable videos.
The police gathered CCTV footage from the hotel and other evidence.
The detainees were stated to be taken to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
