Nadya Gabol, a former member of the Sindh Assembly and human rights minister associated with the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), has tied the knot with Khalid Ahmed Khan Lund, a member of the National Assembly and a former state minister.
Khalid is also associated with the PPP. He won the 2018 general election from the NA-204 (Ghotki-1) constituency on the PPP ticket.
It is said that Nadya Gabol has married Khalid with the consent of her parents and her parents have distributed the invitation cards. Many PPP and MQM politicians have been invited to the walima ceremony, which will be held at Avari Towers on February 27.
Nadya started her political career with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and then joined the PPP. On her twitter page, Nadya defines herself as a “pure Pakistani” and a “diehard PPP worker”. Also, she has been information secretary of the PPP in the District South and the party coordinator.
