In a good step, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), in collaboration with One Link, has introduced a quick and easy way for its customers to book their tickets through Call and Fly Campaign, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Now, the customers on a single call will be able to book their tickets for which the PIA has launched its Call and Fly Campaign.
The customers will have to follow four easy steps to get their ticket booked.
The customers will call at 111-786-786 and get their tickets registered in their names. After booking, a payment link will be sent on the customer’s number.
On payment, the customer will be issued an e-ticket.
In case of ticket booking through call centre, the customer will not pay the additional charges which he has to pay on ticket booking through credit cards.
