Playing against Shaheen Shah is a challenge, Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam said on Saturday.
"Like every good player, we are too working hard to lift the trophy," he said while addressing a press conference.
He continued: "Whenever there is a match against Lahore, we try to play well. There is a big difference between franchise cricket and representing the country. This platform is for everyone to learn and perform."
In reply to a question, Babar Azam said he will tie the knot at an appropriate time. He said his journey with Peshawar Zalmi is great.
According to analysts, Peshawar Zalmi need to improve their middle order as to how long they have to depend on the openers.
Ex-pacer Muhammad Asif said Peshawar Zalmi must improve their bowling side to break the partnerships.
