Islamabad High Court forms larger bench for missing persons cases

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted a larger bench to address cases of missing persons, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.


According to the report, the bench will be led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, with Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir as members.


The larger bench is set to begin hearings on July 30.


The decision to form a larger bench was proposed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani in response to the Ahmed Farhad case, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive judicial approach to these sensitive cases.
