Cousins murdered a 23-year-old girl and injured her parents in a property dispute shooting in Lahore's Green Town, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Thursday.
According to the details of the incident, three accused cousins entered the uncle's house near Ramiyan Chowk in Green Town and started an indiscriminate fire on the residents.
As a result, a 23-year-old girl named Laiba was killed and injured by her parents, who have been shifted to Services Hospital for medical treatment.
Green Town police said the victims were attacked by Laiba's cousins, Tauseef, Hafeez, and Bilal, who opened fire at the family's home.
The police said the shooting was the result of an ongoing property dispute between Laiba's father, Safdar, and his brother, Abid.
Laiba's body has been sent to the Jinnah Hospital mortuary for a post-mortem examination.
Police are currently gathering evidence from the crime scene and have started raids for the arrest of the suspects involved in the shooting.
