Previously, Virat Kohli had stayed at the top of T20I for 1013 days.
Former English batter Kevin Pietersen has remained on the top for 729 days.
Former South Africa captain Graeme Smith has spent 690 days as the top batter in T20I.
New Zealand’s Brendon McCullum was on the top of ICC T20I rankings for 546 days.
