Former MPA Nighat Shaikh has been appointed as the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Lahore coordination secretary, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
PML-N Lahore President Malik Saiful Malook Khokhar and General Secretary Imran Nazir approved the appointment of Mrs. Nighat Shaikh as Coordination Secretary.
A formal notification was issued by General Secretary Khawaja Imran Nazir on Saturday.
Syed Tauseef Shah, Col (retd) Mubasher Javed, Ramzan Siddique Bhatti, and Salahuddin Pappi were also present on this occasion.
