Pakistani actor Danish Taimoor made headlines on social media because of his stance regarding four marriages and then apologized through a video, but now he has deleted the clarification video.

During the show, he said that four marriages are allowed in Islam, but 'FILHAAL' (FOR NOW) he is not doing because it's his love for Ayeza.

The phrase 'FILHAAL', that he used triggered a wave of criticism. Many social media users and public figures came forward in support of his wife, actress Ayeza Khan, questioning the implication of his words.

The phrase even started trending in Pakistan, and social users made memes on it.

To clear the air, Danish shared a video of himself and apologized to his fans, saying that if his words hurt them, he was extremely sorry.

The video was deleted from his official Instagram handle without any official announcement.
