Due to security threats, the Rawalpindi administration on Friday offered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to use the ground of Agriculture University Rawalpindi as a helipad.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the administration has said that the university’s ground is near the venue of the PTI’s public meeting and a suitable place for a helicopter landing.
The administration said it wants to ensure Imran Khan's security in every situation while Imran Khan is determined to land at the parade ground despite the security threats.
The administration also said that despite the presence of ground near the PTI’s public meeting place, the mystery of Imran Khan's landing at the parade ground is beyond comprehension.
