Authorities have announced educational institutions in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will remain closed on Tuesday (November 26), the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner Hassan Waqar Cheema has said that in view of the law and order situation, all government and private schools will remain closed tomorrow.
The All Pakistan Private Schools Association has also declared a holiday tomorrow. The association decided to keep schools closed in Islamabad tomorrow because of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest.

Educational institutions were closed in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Murree today due to the PTI protest.
The closure of educational institutions is causing serious problems for the education of students. Parents have demanded a permanent solution to the problem should be found.
PTI founder Imran Khan gave the protest call on November 24 in Islamabad where a Belarusian president was scheduled to pay a visit.
