An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi on Monday adjourned indictment in the GHQ attack case until November 28 due to the absence of 120 suspects, including former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case.

PTI’s lawyer Muhammad Faisal Malik, on the occasion, told the judge that his clients could not be produced in the court today due to the closure of roads due to the party’s protest at D-Chowk, Islamabad.

Thousands of people took to the streets on May 9, 2023 after learning that their leader Imran Khan had been arrested.

They went berserk, torched and vandalized government properties, including military installations and the memorials of the Pakistan Army’s martyrs.
