Police say the deceased, Muhammad Ali Butt, was pursuing his brother's murder. His brother Faisal Butt was murdered a month ago.
CCTV footage of the crime scene surfaced, showing Burqa-clad shooters attacking the deceased when he was sitting with his colleagues.
