The first rain of winter also fell in Chishtian, Zahir Pir and Vehari.
While, in Karachi, intermittent light rain and drizzle were recorded in Lasbela, Gurumandar, MA Jinnah Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Liaquatabad and Gadap Town.
According to the Meteorological Department, the rains will continue for the next two days, after which a severe cold wave will begin.
The first snowfall of the winter in Ziarat doubled the beauty of the valley, much to the delight of the tourists. Rain also fell in Quetta, Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah and Pishin.
Meanwhile, Snowfall in different parts of Gilgit-Baltistan has intensified the winter, with freezing temperature several degrees. Weather forecasters forecast heavy rains and snowfall.
On the other side, according to the Air Quality Index (AQI), Lahore has ranked once again one of the most polluted cities in the world. Despite the closure of schools and offices on Sunday, the level of polluted air in the city did not decrease.
