Different parts of Swat especially Mangora jolted by the occurrence of earthquake tremors on Monday evening.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the intensity of the earthquake has been recorded at 4.4 on the Richter scale.
As per the initial reports, the epicentre of the earthquake was located at a depth of 114 kilometres underground.
The Seismic Monitoring Center confirmed that the earthquake originated at the Tajikistan-Afghanistan border.
