CM Moshin announces crackdown against use of drugs in educational institutes

Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi Thursday announced a severe crackdown against the use of drugs in educational institutes.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, this decision was taken up by the CM in a meeting with the Federal Narcotics Minister Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti here in Lahore.

They deeply concerned over the increasing use of drugs and narcotics in educational institutions decided to initiate a severe crackdown against culprits involved in the sale and purchase of drugs.

In the meeting, it is also decided to establish two rehabilitation centers for drug addicts in the province, and one of it will be established in the jail.

The meeting agreed to take effective measures under joint strategies to prevent the new generation from the curse of drugs.

The Punjab Government with the Anti-narcotics force agreed upon and decided to take joint steps under an integrated strategy and also to better the collaboration.

Punjab CM Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi announced a severe crackdown outside the educational institutions and also online against drugs and the culprits involved in selling them by the Punjab Government and Anti-Narcotics Force.

A zero-tolerance policy will be adopted against the sale of drugs in institutions to prevent the new generation and the drug sellers outside the institutions will be strongly curbed.
