Opportunist traders Monday started selling petrol to the people caught in a traffic mess at a tourist spot at unprecedented prices of Rs700 per litre in Kalam, Swat Valley.
According to 24News HD TV channel, tourists in Kalam Valley have been fixed in the jam-packed traffic and lost the petrol in their vehicles.

Following the shortage of fuel in the tourists’ vehicles, local petroleum product traders raised the prices that landed the travellers including families in deep trouble.

The tourists have been making a litany of complaints to the authorities concern but to no avail.
Kalam is located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and the area has become a popular tourist attraction by its mountains, forests and lakes.
