National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has removed the name of former PTI leader Nadeem Afzal Chan from the list of witnesses against PTI founder Imran Khan in a 190 million pound case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Deputy Prosecutor General NAB told the accountability court that it was the unanimous decision of the prosecution to drop Nadeem Afzal Chan from the list of witnesses.
Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi stated in the court. The competent authority has also approved the removal of Nadeem Afzal Chan's name from the list of witnesses for being an unnecessary witness, said Deputy Prosecutor General NAB.
