The Sports Complex at Parachinar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has been decorated with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) flags and banners as all arrangements are complete for the party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s address to a public gathering in the city today (Saturday, March 26), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Only yesterday (Friday, March 25, 2022) Deputy Commissioner and District Monitoring Officer (DMO) Kurram district had barred Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from addressing a rally in Parachinar on Saturday (March 26).
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had also issued a notice to Bilawal for violating the local bodies’ elections’ code of conduct. “Gatherings, processions and car rallies were not allowed under the code of conduct,” it had said.
