The FIA has prepared a report on four boat accidents during 2023 and 2024 which had claimed the lives of 293 Pakistanis, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
The FIA had arrested a total of 204 people after the four boat accidents. During the last two years, the FIA has compiled a report on four boat accidents. The FIA has prepared a report on the Greece boat accident in 2023 and 2024, the Morocco boat accident and the Libya boat accident. According to the report, 293 Pakistanis lost their lives in all four boat accidents.
After the four boat accidents, the FIA arrested a total of 204 people. More than 48 million rupees were recovered from the arrested people. Property worth 602 million rupees of human smugglers was seized and bank accounts worth 115 million rupees were frozen. The report further said that including the boat accident, the FIA also arrested 731 human smugglers.
A total of Rs 818 million worth of property belonging to human smugglers has been seized and bank accounts worth Rs 190 million have been frozen. The FIA has also issued 31 red notices to arrest international smugglers.
