US Ambassador Donald Blome and Consul General Lahore Kristin Hawkins visited shrine of Data Darbar in Lahore on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Director General Religious Affairs Auqaf Khalid Mehmood Sindhu along with Administrator Data Darbar Shahid Virk and Manager Sheikh Jameel welcomed them.
They laid flower bouquet at the shrine and showed special interest in the development works of Data Darbar. Director General Religious Affairs briefed the guests on the development works at Darbar Sharif.
The Director General of Religious Affairs presented a commemorative shield to the US ambassador and gifted books to the guests.
