A grade 21 officer of the secretariat group has been allowed to change his name, 24NewsHD reports.
National Commission for Human Rights secretary made a request for changing his name from Mashhood Ahmad Mirza to Mirza Nasiruddin Mashhood Ahmad.
According official documents, the request of Mirza has been approved. He has been on two-year leave without pay since January 1.
