PTI, MWM, SIC, and other parties to discuss the Islamabad LG Amendment Bill and strategies against electoral rigging.


The opposition parties in the Senate have called a parliamentary party meeting today, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.


According to the report, the meeting will occur in the chamber of the opposition leader and include members from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM), Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), and other allied parties.


The agenda for the meeting included formulating strategies for the upcoming Senate session, discussing opposition to the Islamabad Local Government Amendment Bill, and planning protests related to the release of the PTI founder and allegations of electoral rigging.


Additionally, the meeting will address the rising terrorism concerns and other critical national issues.
