A delegation of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) called on Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Islamabad on Thursday.
The delegation urged Bilawal for support against the government’s efforts to eliminate PMDC and form a commission.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari demanded the government to immediate implement court’s decision and restore the PMDC employees. He said that he would not only support them with his legal team but also would take other opposition parties into confidence in this regard.
The PPP chairman expressed concerns over the issue of registration of doctors which is on hold. He said that government ordinance is in violation of article 9 of the Constitution.
