A father after losing custody case killed his two little daughters to avoid handing them over to police alive on the court orders alive in Bahawalpur on Monday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, accused Sajjad who is resident of Musafir Khan area in Khanqa Sharif of Bahawalpur has a grudge to lose a case of kids custody against his wife in the court.

The tragic incident took place when the police reached the house of the accused Sajjad to recover the girls aged five and three on the wife's court order.

The accused made the police stand outside the house and went back to inside and killed his two daughters by stabbing a spade. After killing girls, accused Sajjad surrendered to the police standing outside his house.

Accused Sajjad's wife was annoyed and staying at her parents house nowadays. She had approached the court for the custody of the girls as per law.

The dead bodies of the little girls were shifted to the hospital for post-mortem and the accused was transferred to Musafir Khana Police Station.
