Once again the terrorists in Afghanistan attacked a border military post in the Datta Khal area in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Saturday.
According to the press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR)—the media wing of Pakistani military forces, the terrorists opened fire on a Pakistani military post in North Waziristan District.
During the exchange of fire, two soldiers including Naik Rehman (27 years old) and Lance Naik Arif (22 years old) sacrificed their lives for the country.
Naik Rehman belonged to Chitral, while Naik Arif was the resident of Tank. Both received bullet injuries and embraced shahadat.
It’s pertinent to mention here that Pakistan has frequently urged the Afghan government to ensure effective management and control on their side of the Pak-Afghan Border.
Pakistani authorities strongly condemned the continuous use of Afghan soil by terrorists for activities against Pakistan.
According to the ISPR, a search operation in the area was being carried out to eliminate terrorists.
