NAB's third team return after probing PTI chairman in £190 million case

The third team of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigators assigned to investigate PTI Chairman Imran Khan regarding the £190 million case has left Adiala Jail after concluding the probe late Sunday, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

However, two NAB investigators are still in jail and Assistant Director Abu Rahman Tayyab has also joined them till the filing of this report.

, has been actively engaged in examining aspects related to the case within the confines of Adiala Jail.

The continued presence of the NAB team in the jail signified the depth and complexity of the ongoing investigation.

It is noteworthy that two members from the second NAB team, Deputy Director NAB Mian Umar Nadim, and Assistant Director Waqas, who had also been present at Adiala Jail as part of the ongoing inquiry, have left the jail.  

Today, three NAB teams converged on Adiala Jail to conduct inquiries and pose pertinent questions to the PTI Chairman.

The questioning and investigation inspection process, which began at 11 am, unfolded in stages, with NAB officials strategically pacing the inquiry to gather  information. The nature and scope of the questions posed to the PTI Chairman remain undisclosed.
