Foreign investors successfully repatriated over $410 million during October 2024, reflecting Pakistan's improving economic stability, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the latest statistics released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), profits repatriated in October 2024 were 52% higher compared to the same period in 2023.
The report also revealed that foreign investors had sent over $110 million abroad as profit in September 2024.
Cumulatively, overseas investors have remitted over $800 million in profits during the first four months of the current fiscal year (2024-25), marking a 66% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
