Opponents shot dead an accused of a case in court premises over old enmity in Gujrat on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to police, one Zohaib Butt opened fire as soon as his opponent and an accused Fayyaz Butt entered the court premises for appearance in a case.
Police said that both Fayyaz Butt and Zohaib Butt, residents of Jalalpur Jattan, were running an enmity for years.
However, the police arrested Zohaib Butt with weapon while shifted the body of Fayyaz Butt to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital for autopsy.
