PTI chairman Barrister Gohar has said that name of lawyer Faisal Ch, who is brother of former PTI minister Fawad Chaudhary, has been removed from PTI legal team, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Taking to his social media account on X, Barrister Gohar said that petition filed in Islamabad High Court by Faisal Chaudhary for PTI founder Imran Khan’s medical checkup and provision of facilities in the jail has been submitted without due consultations with PTI legal team.
He further said that Faisal Ch submitted the petition while using old power of attorney. Barrister Gohar said PTI legal team will file new application in Islamabad High Court on Monday. PTI leader Sheikh Akram Waqas has also endorsed the decision of the decision of Barrister Gohar and Secretary General Salman Akram Raja.
