Google opened its first App Growth Lab in Pakistan to uncover high-potential app developers, studios, and organisations eager to build and grow their businesses.
The four-month courses include rigorous instruction and assistance stages that allow participants to learn from Google employees in AdWords, AdMob, Firebase, gTech, and Play, as well as company pioneers.
According to Farhan S. Qureshi, Google's Regional Director for Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, the project demonstrates Google's commitment to the long-term development of the country's developer environment. "With our ongoing efforts, we hope to assist Pakistani developers in their objective of creating amazing apps for the entire world," he stated.
The App Growth Lab initiative has four primary pillars: construct, develop, launch, and scale.
According to a forecast by the private market intelligence platform Data Darbar, Pakistan's app market would grow by 35% by 2022, with 3.52 billion downloads. Google's App Growth Lab is expected to accelerate the industry's growth in the country.
