Sultan of swing and former cricket captain Waseem Akram has set his routine in quarantine in Melbourne, Australia, where he adopted quarantine-style and grew his moustache, and bought gym machines to keep himself fit physically and mentally, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a video posted on his social media account, Waseem Akram said that he was upset on the first two days of the quarantine but his wife motivated him and he bought a bicycle and some weights for his physical fitness.
He said it was very necessary to remain mentally and physically fit in a quarantine period and there should be no excuse for not taking care of yourself.
He wished his fans the best of health and urged them not to have any excuse to make themselves fit mentally and physically. Waseem Akram said he adopted the quarantined style as he grew a moustache.
He uploaded the video with caption, “No excuses. If I can you can.”
