Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said on Tuesday that courts were issuing one summon after the other, but PTI Chairman Imran Khan was nowhere to be seen, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
She said if Imran did not appear in the court, police should arrest him. “If former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif can appear in courts along with his daughter Maryam Nawaz daily, why can’t Imran, Bushra and Farah Gogi?” she questioned.
Marriyum said Imran had to be indicted in Toshakhana reference today. “But even there he did not appear,” she said.
The minister said Imran would have no fear if courts continued to grant him bails. “This man will continue to attack courts, threaten judges if courts keep adjourning hearings of his cases,” she said.
