A Judicial Magistrate in Karachi handed over 6-years jail term and 90 thousands fine to a man for sending immoral pictures of a girl to her fiancé, reported 24NewsHDTV channel.
According to the prosecution, victim girl remained in relationship with Ans for four. When the parents of the victim arranged her marriage with another youth, the convict Anas shares her naked images to her fiancé.
After receiving complaint, FIA interrogated the case and produced the accused before the court along with screen shorts and judicial magistrate announced the verdict on Tuesday.
According to the prosecution, the FIA had arrested the accused from Korangi in September 2021.
