One day after a case was registered against a vendor in Raiwind for selling vegetables at cheaper rates, another case was registered on Monday, and this time for overcharging, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Giving reason for the latest arrest, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Mudassar Riaz Malik, in a tweet, said this time the vendor had been arrested for selling vegetables at exorbitant rates. “But since details of the case were jotted down in opposite columns, therefore, the FIR had flaws in it,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Shahbaz Gill, in a tweet, has mocked at Lahore administration for arresting a vendor for selling vegetables at prices cheaper than what are given on the official rate list.
