The National Assembly (NA) Tuesday adopted a resolution against the judiciary, reported 24News HD TV Channel.
The resolution was presented by Federal Minister for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb.
This resolution held that the house rejects the Judiciary's interference in the legislature.
This house demanded that the general elections of national and provincial assemblies should be held at the same time as per the constitution.
This House demands that the Judiciary should not interfere in the Election Commission’s decisions.
The resolution further observed that in the suo moto case related to elections, the house supported the decision by a ratio of four to three judges.
The house further demands that a full court should be constituted to hear cases related to elections by the apex court.
