Pakistan cricket team all-rounder Shadab Khan sustained an injury during his debut match for Sussex in the T20 Blast in England, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
In the match against Somerset, Shadab had a severe collision with his fellow fielder while trying to catch the ball.
Both the fielders attempted to catch the ball hit high in the air by Tom Kohler-Cadmore.
The medical staff provided medical assistance to both players at the ground.
“The monitoring of Shadab Khan continues. He has neck pain,” said Paul Fabrice, head coach of Sussex.
