Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that country is making progress under the leadership of Imran Khan, vowing to provide health card facility to all the residents living in Punjab from Jan 1st, 2022, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
He was addressing a ground breaking ceremony of a trauma centre in Tobha, Jhelum on Sunday.
The minister was of the view that the country was making headway under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said politics didn’t mean doing politics of police and katchehry. Rather it means to serve the people, he added.
On this occasion, Chaudhry Fawad vowed to provide health card facility to every citizen residing in Punjab from Jan 1.
He laid the foundation stone of the trauma centre that will be completed with an estimated cost of Rs310 million. The centre will provide state-of-art facilities.

He alleged that the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) offered money to people in elections. He wondered if offering Rs1,000 or Rs2,000 was meant to giving ‘respect to vote’.
He was of the opinion that the PML-N and the Pakistan People’s Party were afraid of Electronic Voting Machines. He held that politics was not a forte of Maryam Nawaz and Capt ® Muhammad Safdar.
He said the Supreme Court had pronounced only party which came to power guilty of stealing votes. He maintained the objective behind the videos and leaks was only to blackmail judiciary.
