The Punjab Finance Department Monday proposed back financing for buying a new plane for the chief minister, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The finance department also proposed putting the issue of buying a new plane for the chief minister before the cabinet.
The finance department forwarded the summary to the law department for vetting.
It has not approved the budget for the plane.
