The authorities are yet contemplating regarding producing former prime minister Imran Khan before a special court established at Judicial Complex Islamabad for hearing the cipher case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Monday.

There is speculation about the possible appearance of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) at the Judicial Complex in Islamabad tomorrow. However, sources indicate that a definitive decision on bringing the PTI Chairman to the courtroom has not been finalized.

Sources reveal that there is a strategic decision not to transfer prisoners, including the Chairman, from Adiala Jail to the Judicial Complex at this juncture. The lack of arrangements for both security and traffic around the judicial complex further adds to the uncertainties.

It is disclosed that considerations are underway to potentially present Imran Khan via video link, providing an alternative to a physical courtroom appearance. The intricacies of the security and traffic plan, crucial for such high-profile events, are yet to be settled.

Sources close to the matter have stated that the top PTI leadership, amidst these deliberations, has issued specific instructions to PTI workers, advising them against going to the judicial complex.

The party workers are explicitly instructed to refrain from visiting the judicial complex. The directive further highlights that, in the event of workers gathering at the judicial complex, the government may issue orders for conducting the trial within the confines of the jail.
